When you receive your first call, we will ask for your preferred time and date to schedule an estimate. Note that the following information will be requested: work address , email address and customer contact details .
The estimate
One of our estimators will come to your location to take the exact dimensions. It will inform you about our products used , our process , available work time slots and next steps personalized according to your needs. Please note that a 10% deposit is required upon confirmation of work on the activity schedule.
Work day
An email (or telephone) confirmation will be sent 24-48 hours before work begins. Provide parking spaces for mobilized units. Indeed, the reality of urban life often makes access to the site difficult. This is why we are asking customers to mobilize to facilitate our access.
Quality assurance
Following completion of the work , a member of our team will schedule an appointment with you to ensure that all the terms of the contract are fulfilled and that you are satisfied with the service provided . Please note that no financing is accepted and that a maximum period of 30 days is determined for the finality of payments.
